I was asked by a member of the linguistics department to create a set of nearly 200 vector line illustrations to accompany a future publication on the use of gestures around the world.
Lingthusiasm
I have worked with the podcast Lingthusiasm to design a number images to be used on their website, social media and merchandise. The theme of this example image was “Space Pidgin,” based on a discussion of how babies raised in space by English- and Russian-speaking astronauts would create a new language. E2 School
To help beginning learners of English, I created a set of over 100 images covering basic verbs and nouns, such as this one — “Eat” — for E2 School.
E2 Language
E2 Language commissioned me to create new diagrams for their pronunciation course. I created a set of images that covered all 44 phonemes in English and showed how these sounds were produced using the lips and tongue.
